Housekeeping 

To maintain our cleanliness standards, it is company policy that all rooms are serviced daily. This occurs daily between the hours of 9 am and 2pm.Our aim to complete by 12 noon Service means, that Fresh Towel are provided, bed is made (provided no personal items on the bed) dishes are done, and any items that need to be replaced are. 

Baggage Storage 

A secure baggage storage area is available by the reception on request. Please ask our receptionist for access to this facility. 

Parking

Complimentary for all guest. Onsite there are 25 parking spaces onsite. Large trucks, buses & cars with trailers or  vans will find plenty of parking. For trucks please contact us prior to arrival to ensure that we keep your space available

Park & Fly Option

Please contact the Office reception if you wish to park your car while you fly to your  destination and then return to stay, Fees may apply.

Breakfast orders for room service should be placed at Reception by 8 pm the night before.

We offer Cooked and Continental options, in room service. Meal menus are located at reception.

Coffee & Tea making facilities are provided in all rooms. Should you require additional supplies, please contact reception. Service charges may apply. Additional NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Coffee pods  are available at the Office for a small charge to allow you to enjoy your Coffee.

Glass Bottle of Fresh milk is complimentary on arrival. Should you require extra milk this is available from Reception for $2 per Bottle, or the BP station (500m) from the motel or at Church Corner Countdown (2km)

The emergency operator will request which service, Fire, Ambulance or Police you require – please advise Reception of the emergency so we can direct support to you..  

Fire  

A detailed fire escape map is located in your room. If evacuation is necessary, please proceed quickly and calmly to the nearest exit and assemble in the carpark, by the ASURE Christchurch Classic Motel & Apartments Main Road sign,on Riccarton Road where all guests will be accounted for at this point. 

First Aid 

A full first aid kit is available at the reception desk for minor emergencies. 

Earthquake Procedure 

In the case of a serious earthquake move to the emergency gathering area identified in the Fire Evacuation notice in the room. If you are unable to do this stand under the nearest doorway until the After-shockwaves cease.

A guest laundry is available next to reception Self service. For security reasons, the door is often locked. Please see Reception to gain access.  Cost is $2.00 per wash, $2.00 per dry, and $1.00 for laundry powder. There is a clothesline located in the north courtyard, next to unit 17, should you wish to dry your clothes outside. An iron and ironing board is in your unit wardrobe

The laundry is open from 8 am-8 pm daily. For security reasons, this may be locked. We are more than happy for you to contact us at the reception Office to have it opened.

Guest wishing  Full Laundry Service where Management, do their washing for them, this option, is available subject to availability, Charges do apply.

Payment Options 

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Eftpos, if presented on arrival no additional charges. For Unpresented Credit card  incur a 3%  transaction fee as per terms and conditions

We accept: Farm Source- Supercard, Ruralco, Farmlands, Bartercard and Farmers card at  NO additional charges. These Credit Cards must be presented and charged on arrivals. 

American Express and Dinners incur a surcharge of 4%  above the  room charge

Cash payments not secured by a credit card SHALL  be asked to pay a cash bond, with VALID Photo  ID  required.

All Booking require a Valid Credit card.

We are an eco-friendly property part of Eco Hotels. Please assist us, if would be appreciated  if you are able to separate your bottles, plastic, and paper , (see inside Kitchen Cupboard), so that we can forward these items to the appropriate recycling authority. 

To reduce  Rubbish & waste all rubbish is sorted in Green Food waste, Recycle and Rubbish as per Council collection bins by Management & Staff..

We purchase from major suppliers,Vendella, Starline, Christchurch Cleaning, Noel Leeming, whom have made a strong commitment to reduce waste with strong environmental polices.

Datapoint Adaptors

Should you have arrived  and find you are without a Phone charger or Plug to charge your device contact the Reception at the Office for the loan of during your stay. Please return or fees may apply

 Should you require  a Travel Adaptors, due to different electrical plugs to NZ, please contact reception at the Office for assistance, for a loan of a Travel Adapter Plug, to get you charging your devices.
