Pet Policy: Pets Only by arrangement.( Only under special circumstances – additional fees maybe charged)

Smoking Policy: Please note that all our units are non-smoking. Should smoking occur in the rooms a $150 cleaning fee will be charged
Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by prior arrangement
Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival date incur no fee. Thereafter the first night’s accommodation may be retained.

Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Credit Card details required at the time of booking. We accept Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard with no surcharge if present at Office, surcharge applies to unpresented card of 3% surcharge applies. American Express is accepted but there is a 4% surcharge. We also accept Rural Co, Farmlands, Farmsource /RD1. Plus Q Card, & Farmers cards.

General: Visitors are permitted between the hours of 9am and 9pm only. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
